As the CEO of Troinet, Wayne brings over 20 years of expertise in business operations, security, and compliance. Rather than just fixing computers, Wayne provides strategic C-Level management services to help companies make highly profitable decisions around their technology. He bridges the gap between high-level strategic planning and hands-on technical execution.

Wayne is a graduate of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and serves as an active board member for the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Marino | Senior IT Professional

Michael approaches technology with a strict “business-first” mindset. He fundamentally believes that IT should be treated as an investment to generate revenue, not a sunk cost. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Networking and Communications Management alongside multiple industry certifications , Michael oversees the design and implementation of new IT solutions, operating on the core philosophy that “doing it right the first time” is paramount to success.

Off the clock: When he isn’t solving complex network challenges, Michael is a classically trained musician who enjoys exploring NYC parks and boardwalks with his wife and dog.
